Return and Exchange Period: The customer has the right to request a size change or return of purchased footwear or equipment within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Mandatory Conditions: The product must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, with all tags and the sales receipt.
Exception due to Safety Standards: Used PPE footwear, clothing, and gloves that have already been in a work process are not subject to return or exchange due to hygiene and safety standards.
Shipping Costs: When exchanging or returning an item, shipping costs are fully covered by the customer, except in cases where the product has a factory defect.
Warranty Period for Factory Defects: Products purchased from the company are covered by warranty conditions for factory defects for a period of 30 calendar days from receipt.
Cases not covered by warranty:
Natural wear and tear of the product;
Mechanical damage (cuts, burns, abrasions);
Chemical or thermal exposure that does not correspond to the product's specific protection class;
Damage caused by improper care, operation, or violation of washing rules for the product.
