Exclusion of Liability for Incorrect Selection: The user is solely responsible for correctly selecting the appropriate protection class (e.g., S1, S1P, S3, etc.) for their work environment. The company disclaims responsibility for any damage caused by the incorrect selection of a product category or its unintended use.
Risk Reduction: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) significantly reduces the risk of injury in the workplace but does not provide an absolute guarantee against injury. The company does not accept responsibility for accidents or physical harm occurring during the work process.
Data Accuracy: To place an order, the user is obliged to provide the company with accurate and truthful information (name, surname, phone number, address, email).
Delivery Delay: In case of incorrect or incomplete contact information, the company disclaims responsibility for delivery delays or non-fulfillment.
Currency and Taxes: All prices indicated on the site are in the national currency of Georgia (Lari) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by law.
Delivery Cost: Prices do not include the cost of delivery service, except in cases where this is explicitly stated upon completion of the order.

Mandatory Condition: The product must be in its original condition – unused, undamaged, in original packaging, with all tags and sales receipt. PPE footwear and gloves that have been used in a work process (used) are not subject to return or exchange due to hygiene and safety standards.
Transportation Costs: Transportation costs for item exchange or return are covered by the customer, except in cases where the item has a factory defect.
Factory Defect: Products are covered by warranty conditions for factory defects for a period of 30 calendar days from receipt.
Exceptions: The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, mechanical damage (cuts, burns, chemical exposure not corresponding to the product's protection class), or damage caused by improper care and washing.
Data Protection: The company ensures the protection of user personal data in accordance with the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection" and GDPR regulations.
Purpose of Use: Personal data is used solely for the purposes of order processing, delivery, and communication with the customer.
Legal Regulation: These terms are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of Georgia.
Dispute Resolution Procedure: Any disagreements are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be heard by the Tbilisi City Court.
